You scored such a great rank in NEET SS. You must get asked this question by many – What did you do differently from your peers?
MANOJ JOB
Though I did not systematically prepare, my clinical work in the department and discussions with my peers and teachers on managing difficult cases really helped me to learn and understand topics. GTEM’s Newton study group helped me to consolidate those learnings.

Success in exams like this is a team effort. In addition to your own hard work, who are the people behind your success?
MANOJ JOB
Firstly, I’m thankful to God for his grace.
My better half, Dr. Divya, and loving son, Ethan, have always been a continuous support and fallback whenever I needed them. I am also grateful to my parents for their prayers. Special thanks to my mentors Dr. Binila Chacko, Dr. J V Peter, and Dr. Kishore, who inspired me to pursue Critical Care and provided continuous mentoring.
GO THE EXTRA MILE
Do you have any suggestions on how GTEM can improve and be useful for trainees doing EDIC?
MANOJ JOB
GTEM is an excellent material for any intensive care beginner and enthusiast. The strengths are its simplicity and clarity. My suggestion would be to include more topics into its armamentarium with a similar approach.
